My experience at Banyan Tree Samui was a mix of highs and lows. The private infinity pool in our villa had breathtaking views, making it a surreal escape. However, the initial room issues really dampened the start of our stay. The service was exceptional and the dining was varied and delicious, but I found some of the facilities, like the air conditioning, lacking at times. Overall, it was a beautiful resort, but there are areas that need improvement.

The room we initially booked had some significant drawbacks. Although one room was spacious and well-kept, the other felt outdated, and the air conditioning struggled to keep the space comfortable. However, the upgrade to the Presidential Suite was a game changer with its gorgeous view and modern amenities.

The service was outstanding, with staff being extremely attentive and accommodating. When I raised issues with our initial room, the manager, Ms. Book, acted quickly to ensure we were upgraded and our stay improved significantly after that.
